Would you like to grow a couple of inches taller naturally? Unless you're 6' 6", anyone would certainly like to get a couple of inches to their height. Then it is time to involve yourself in some exercises to grow taller. These exercises are not some mystical yoga magic but exercises based on sound logical and scientific methods.

Do physical exercises to grow taller really work?

1) Stretching

Stretching is among the most fundamental workouts to grow taller. This method might seem like good sense and it is. Preferably, you'd want to do 10 ~ 15 sets of 15 ~ 20 seconds each for a minimum of 30 mins a week. Twisting back and forth and lateral leg raises will also help, but stay away from swinging your body.

The 2nd way is to buy an inversion table, strap your ankles down, and hang upside-down. This is much more effective compared to the chin up bar but will be much more troublesome.

3) Yoga

Yoga is an excellent way to instantaneously increase height because it helps with posture and will make you stand up straighter. The stretches and poses inherent in yoga are likewise some of the key techniques to growing taller.
