The individual should add fruits to one's breakfast cereal. On the other hand, add vegetables to one's pasta sauce or curry for better nutrition.

The individual will then need to have some fish. This is an important food item that will provide good nutrition not only for the body but for the min as well. If the individual can, make sure to eat oily fishes twice a week. The best example are the fresh tuna, mackerel, salmon, and sardines. With the Omega-3 in them, one can easily protect the heart from health risks.

Getting stressed is not uncommon. That is why the individual should eliminate stress by walking. Taking a walk should help people clear their minds. They can get their thoughts in order when they take a walk. They should be able to eliminate the tension that they are feeling with this too.

Drinking less alcohol will be helpful in keeping the body and the heart healthy too. This is because alcohol is fattening. Even a small amount of alcohol added to one's usual daily diet will already gain the person a few kilograms over several weeks.
