7) Avoid saturated fats. Saturated fatty acids boost the creation of acetate fragments in the body which causes the production of cholesterol. Cholesterol gets lodged in the blood cells and organs doing all kinds of damage to your body.
8) Last but not least, Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or anything else that is proven to be bad for your health. If you want to gain that inch, you need to do everything you can to assist your body. This means giving up the things that is not helpful to gaining height.
